I was on a journey to do something different in the summer of 2009, because I am overweight and have not been physically active for awhile. I I gave up my house and moved to Portland, Oregon in May 2011 because I have always wanted to live there. There, I found out that I had cancer in several places and had surgeries to remove them. I am still fighting and living each day as it comes. I have changed many things I was doing. It's a journey.

PM: cold chicken, 3 waffles with butter, decaffeinated coffee with butter, one bowl of cold cereal with half and half
After 6PM: decaffeinated coffee with butter, 1/2 pill
Tuesday, Nov 3
AM: 1/2 pill, coffee with half and half
PM: tri-tip barbecue beef, 3 waffles with butter, 1 bowl of cold rice cereal with half and half
After 6PM: 1/2 pill
Wednesday, Nov 4
AM: 1/2 pill, coffee with half and half
PM: steak, onions, green beans, coffee with half and half, viviano
After 6pm: 1/2 pill
Sunday, Nov 8
AM: coffee with half and half, 3 waffles and butter
sugar level: 126 at 8:30am
PM: tri tip barbecue and cole slaw, V-8 juice
