Monday, Nov. 16
AM: One bowl of cold rice cereal with half and half, 1/2 pill, coffee with half and half
PM: 3 waffles with butter
After 6pm: decaffeinated coffee, cashews, diet cola

Tuesday, Nov. 17
AM: decaffeinated coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill
PM: 3 waffles with butter, rice and carrot soup, ice cream
After 6pm: 1/2 pill

Wednesday, Nov. 18
AM: coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill
PM: 3 waffles with butter, 2 sausage patties, 2 light yogurt
After 6pm: 2 ice cream squares, 1/2 pill

Thursday, Nov. 19
AM: coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill
PM: 4 corn tortillas with cheese, one low fat, light yogurt
After 6pm: decaffeinated coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill

Friday, Nov. 20
AM: coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill, 3 waffles with cream
PM: corn and lemon grass soup, 2 ice cream squares,
After 6PM: 1/2 pill, one bowl of cold rice cereal

Saturday, Nov. 21
AM: coffee and half and half, 3 waffles with butter
PM: 2 ice cream squares, 3 eggs scrambled, 3 sausage links, one light and low fat yogurt
After 6PM:
Exercise: walking

Sunday, Nov. 22
AM: coffee with half and half, 2 light and low fat yogurts,
PM: green beans, onions, green peppers and bone-less and skinless chicken breasts, 3 waffles with butter
After 6pm: 1 light and low fat yogurt
