PM: chicken fried steak(small), veggies, decaffeinated coffee with half and
half, coffee with half and half, two small non-fat yogurts, one turkey hot dog and cheese sandwich
After 6pm: 1/2 pill

Tuesday, October 6, 2009
AM: coffee with half and half, sausage and cheese sandwich, 1/2 chicken and diet cola, 1/2 pill
PM: One taco with hamburger (corn), one
tostada with refried beans and lettuce,
two small non-fat yogurts.
After 6pm: decaffeinated coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill

Wednesday, October 7, 2009
AM: coffee with half and half, 3 toasts and butter, decaffeinated coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill
PM: hamburger, lettuce, some french fries, toast and butter, low fat yogurt
After 6pm: 1/2

Thursday, October 8, 2009
AM: 1/2 pill, coffee with half and half
PM: steak and veggies, diet cola, one small non-fat yogurt, two small low fat ice cream containers.
After 6pm: decaffeinated coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill

Friday, October 9, 2009
AM: 1/2 pill, coffee with half and half
PM: chicken sandwich, lettuce, salad with peppercorn dressing, french fries, iced tea with saccharine, two small low fat ice creams.
After 6pm: 1/2 pill

Saturday, October 10, 2009
AM: coffee with half and half, 3 toasted breads with butter
PM: 1/2 pill, decaffeinated coffee with half and half, one steak with veggies
After 6pm: 3 toasts with butter, 1/2 pill

Sunday, October 11, 2009
AM: coffee with half and half, 1/2 pill, decaffeinated coffee with half and half
PM: steak and veggies, rice cries pies(2)
After 6pm: decaffeinated coffee with half and half
